If you find the right persons among the suggestions, press Enter to add them to the To field. To browse the suggestions, press the Down arrow key. When you start writing, Outlook offers you matching suggestions. Type the name or email address of the recipient. You hear: "To, edit." The focus is on the To field of the email. In an email or when on an email on the message list, press Ctrl+F. You can easily forward an email using keyboard shortcuts and your screen reader. If you want to reply to all, press Ctrl+Shift+R. In an email or when on an email on the message list, press Ctrl+R. Use your screen reader to promptly respond to your emails in Outlook. To close the email and return to the message list, press Esc. With JAWS and NVDA, press the SR key+Down arrow key. To stop reading, press Ctrl. To read through the whole email, with Narrator, press the SR key+Tab. Press the Down or Up arrow key until you find the email you want, and then press Enter to open the message in the content pane. In the Mail main view, press F6 or Shift+F6 until you hear: “Message list.” For instructions, go to Toggle off the reading pane. Note: The reading pane must be off before you follow these instructions.
